We gather for social activities, service events, and more...All are welcome!

SUMC Book Club

Book club meets the second Friday of each month at a church member's home. The BYO Lunch begins at 12:00noon and the book discussion begins at 12:30pm.

Reconciling LGBTQ+ & Allies Group

For over 15 years, SUMC has been committed to the full inclusion & affirmation of persons of all sexuality and gender expressions. 

We celebrate Pride Month with our neighbors by hosting a community-wide picnic, participate in Coming Out Day, and are founding members of Swarthmore Pride.
