HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS
Join the festivities throughout the Borough on this wonderfully joy-filled day. At the church, with our building partner Park Avenue Community Center, we open up our doors for cookie decorating, crafting, story-time, s'mores on the lawn, singing, dancing, and more! In the evening, we sing carols and welcome Santa Claus as he arrives to light the town tree, which is located on our front lawn. Its fun for all ages!!! |
SWARTHMORE DAYS
On the front lawn of the church, SUMC joins the town for some summertime fun and laughter. We love our duck pond - where every duck wins a prize! We also have free baked goods and water. And of course, you can get your family photo with our giant duck Larry. A day filled with laughter and community! When the date is announced for next year, we will be sure to let you know. Stay tuned! You won't want to miss it! |

PARK AVENUE COMMUNITY CENTER SPRING FLING 2023
We are blessed to partner with the Park Avenue Community Center, with whom we share a home at 129 Park Avenue. Each Spring, the PACC hosts a community-wide family day of food, fun, and festivities. This year, the church sponsored a "Learn and Grow" activity where kids could learn about pollinator flowers, and plant milkweed seeds in a decorated pots which they took home for our friends the Monarch Butterflies. |
